Products and services

We supply 2d, 3d gel, 4d and 4d gel number plates, short plates, hex plates, bike plates, show plates, custom plates, custom sizes, keychains, plate flags, mobile fitting services and same day or 24 hour production where available. All road legal plates are produced to current dvla and bsau standards.

Road legal plates and documentation

To purchase road legal number plates, you must provide proof of identity and proof of entitlement to the registration. This is a legal requirement set by the dvla. We cannot produce or release road legal plates without valid documentation. Show plates do not require documentation.

Custom products

Custom plates, custom sizes, custom layouts, keychains, show plates and personalised designs are made specifically for you. These items cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded once production has started. Please double check all spelling, spacing and details before submitting your order.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in gbp (£). Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order.

Delivery

We offer uk wide delivery, same day dispatch on selected items, local delivery where available and mobile fitting across South East London. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier.

Returns and refunds

Road legal plates

Road legal plates are custom made and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Custom items

Custom plates, keychains and personalised products are non refundable unless faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace or refund where appropriate.

Mobile fitting

Mobile fitting is available across South East London and surrounding areas. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the vehicle, legal parking, correct registration details and correct documentation for road legal plates. If we cannot complete the fitting due to incorrect information or unsafe conditions, a call out fee may apply.

Use of our website

By using our website, you agree not to copy or reproduce our content, misuse our services, attempt to access restricted areas, upload harmful files or use our images or branding without permission. All content on this website is owned by Ghost Plates.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect information provided by the customer, damage caused by improper installation (if not fitted by us), misuse of show plates on public roads or losses caused by circumstances outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
